Position Overview

This Design Lead role at Al Nagwa Boutique in Abu Dhabi covers the full creative and commercial product development lifecycle — from concept ideation and bespoke collection design, through artisan and supplier identification, sourcing, sampling, quality control, seasonal retail strategy, visual merchandising, and in-store storytelling. You will collaborate with curators, historians, and education teams to ensure historical accuracy and cultural sensitivity, create capsule collections aligned with exhibitions and institutional milestones, monitor production timelines and cost feasibility, and lead retail display concepts that optimize both visitor engagement and boutique revenue performance.
