Position Overview
This Dispatch Associate role accurately puts away incoming items ensuring correct labeling and storage, efficiently picks the correct items for each transaction and verifies accuracy, carefully prepares items for shipment by scanning, photographing, and securely packing them, keeps the dispatch area tidy and well-stocked with packaging supplies, and ensures all equipment is properly powered down at the end of each day to support operational readiness.

- Accurately put away all incoming items using the tools provided
- Ensure everything is correctly labelled and stored for easy retrieval
Order Picking
- Efficiently pick the correct items for each transaction and verify their accuracy
- Escalate any issues that prevent timely fulfilment
Packing and Shipping Preparation
- Carefully prepare items for shipment by scanning, photographing, and securely packing them
Workspace and Supply Maintenance
- Keep the dispatch area tidy and well-stocked with packaging supplies
- Support a smooth workflow throughout the day
End-of-Day Wrap-Up
- Ensure all equipment is properly powered down and returned to its place
- Support operational readiness for the next day
