This Dispatcher / Supply Chain Coordinator role involves supporting and coordinating customer orders and delivery schedules for international customers in Nuremberg, Germany. Key Responsibilities
Customer Order & Delivery Coordination
- Support and coordinate customer orders and delivery schedules for international customers
- Coordinate delivery dates and quantities with customers and internal departments

- Ensure smooth, timely order fulfillment across the customer base
ERP & Planning Data Management
- Maintain and manage delivery schedules and planning data in the SAP ERP system
- Review call-off changes and adjust forecast and planning data accordingly
- Document and maintain master data and planning information
- Ensure planning data accuracy to support reliable delivery commitments
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and purchasing to ensure delivery capability
- Handle planning deviations outside defined areas, such as the Frozen Zone
- Analyze delivery dates, inventory levels, and relevant planning indicators
- Escalate and resolve supply or capacity issues affecting delivery schedules
Dispatch Team Support
- Support the dispatch team with administrative and coordinative tasks
- Assist with day-to-day operational needs of the planning and dispatch function
- Contribute to a structured, well-organized dispatch and planning process
- Support continuous improvement of internal coordination workflows
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
- Freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), or wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d)
- Or a comparable qualification in a related field
Experience Requirements
- Initial professional experience in scheduling, supply chain, order planning, or production planning
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Understanding of production processes, supply chains, and industrial planning processes
Language & Technical Requirements
- German language skills at least at C1 level are mandatory
- Good English skills for communicating with international clients
- Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
