Position Overview
This Warehouse Administration Specialist role serves as the central point of contact for customers’ day-to-day administrative business in the warehouse sector, processing incoming and outgoing goods, inventory checks, and returns. You will work closely with the commercial team and shipping departments, create KPIs necessary for billing warehouse processes, provide administrative support for inventory preparation and execution, handle general office tasks, and coordinate communication between departments to ensure timely information flow.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Administration
- Serve as the central point of contact for customers’ day-to-day administrative business in the warehouse sector
- Process incoming and outgoing goods, conduct inventory checks, and handle returns
- Work closely with the commercial team and shipping departments
KPI Reporting & Inventory Support
- Create KPIs necessary for billing warehouse processes
- Provide administrative support in the preparation and execution of inventories
Office & Cross-Department Coordination
- Take on office tasks that arise in everyday work
- Coordinate communication between different departments, ensuring timely information flow
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Experience Requirements
- Initial experience in administration in a warehouse as a clerk (m/f/d)
Language Requirements
- Very good German skills, at least C1 level
- Good English language skills; knowledge of another European language (French/Spanish) is ideal
Technical & Essential Skills
- Proficient use of common MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
