Position Overview
This Driver cum Helper role involves reporting to the company warehouse by 7:00 AM daily, safely transporting technicians to and from customer sites, picking up and delivering materials and equipment, assisting with loading and unloading, supporting warehouse operations, performing routine vehicle inspections, reporting maintenance issues or incidents immediately, and following all UAE traffic regulations and company safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Transport & Delivery
- Report to the company warehouse by 7:00 AM each working day
- Safely transport technicians to and from customer sites across Dubai
- Pick up, deliver and return materials, tools, equipment and supplies as instructed
- Ensure timely collection of materials from suppliers and delivery to project sites
Warehouse & Site Support
- Assist technicians with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support warehouse operations, including organizing materials, stock handling and cleanliness
- Provide general assistance to site teams whenever operationally required
Vehicle Care & Safety
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and well maintained
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or traffic incidents immediately
- Follow all UAE traffic regulations and company safety procedures
- Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
Licence Requirements
- Mandatory valid UAE Driving Licence (Manual Licence preferred)
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience as a company driver, preferably with a maintenance, construction or facility management company
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and navigation
Essential Skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Physically fit and willing to assist with loading, unloading and general helper duties
- Responsible, punctual and able to work independently
- Good attitude, honesty and willingness to support the operations team
