Position Overview
This Duty Manager role at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is responsible for being the main point of guest contact 24 hours a day, monitoring all night arrivals and ensuring requests are carried out smoothly. You will ensure reservations are honoured, handle VIP room inspections, arrivals, and departures, complete the night audit in line with resort standards, submit housekeeping requests as needed, and ensure the team stays up to date on hotel products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Contact & Night Operations
- Be the main point of guest contact 24 hours
- Monitor all night arrivals, ensuring all requests are carried out smoothly
- Ensure all reservations are honoured, or dealt with as quickly and smoothly as possible
- Deal with VIP room inspections, arrivals, and departures
Guest Satisfaction & Night Audit
- Ensure all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met, with timely follow-up
- Complete the night audit in line with the standards and procedures of the resort
- Submit housekeeping and cleaning requests as required
Team Knowledge & Standards
- Ensure all Team Members are up to date with current hotel products and services
- Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, food and beverage outlets, spa, and health club offerings
