- Identify potential food safety risks and contamination hazards at every stage of the food handling process
- Implement prompt and effective corrective actions to eliminate risks, prevent recurrence, and maintain full compliance
Inspections, Audits & Risk Assessments
- Plan and execute comprehensive internal food safety audits aligned with HACCP, ISO 22000, and Saudi health authority standards
- Conduct detailed risk assessments across kitchen operations, cold storage, food transport, and service environments
- Prepare and present formal audit findings, corrective action plans, and improvement recommendations to senior management
- Coordinate and support all external Municipality inspections, ensuring the property is audit-ready at all times
Team Training & Hygiene Culture Development
- Design and deliver structured food safety training programmes for all Food & Beverage team members at every level
