  • Implement sales strategies developed by Sales Manager to attain monthly sales targets and goals

  • Develop and execute personalized sales plans for target client segments and markets
  • Track and report sales activities, conversions, and progress toward monthly and quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with management to adjust strategies based on market conditions and performance

Market Prospecting & Client Identification

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities by prospecting the Saudi market
  • Research target industries and decision-makers for comprehensive market coverage
  • Develop prospect lists and prioritize high-value opportunities for sales engagement
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive advantages
  • Build and maintain comprehensive client database with detailed prospect information

Professional Sales Presentations & Proposals

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects in professional and effective manner
  • Communicate benefits of Rentokil Boecker® services for health, property, and environmental protection
  • Prepare detailed proposals and pricing offers using marketing tools and resources
  • Conduct site surveys to estimate technical requirements and develop accurate pricing
  • Create customized solutions addressing specific client needs and pain points

Relationship Building & Client Engagement

  • Build solid relationships with prospects through professional consultative selling approach
  • Present new products and services to existing clients enhancing relationships
  • Conduct preplanned courtesy calls and visits to strengthen client partnerships

Contract Management & Sales Administration

  • Negotiate contracts and handle all aspects of contract finalization and execution

  • Document and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports with detailed analysis
  • Communicate new sales and renewals to Operations Department ensuring seamless delivery

Marketing & Business Development Activities

  • Develop creative ideas and offers for target clients using marketing tools
  • Participate in events and exhibitions to promote company services and generate leads
  • Utilize efficient marketing tools and activities to support sales efforts
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Conduct after-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Marketing-related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Food Science (related field acceptable)
  • Equivalent professional qualification or certification considered

Professional Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience
  • Proven B2B selling experience in relevant markets or industries
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and meeting quota goals
  • Experience with client relationship management and account management
  • Previous pest control or facilities management sales experience (preferred)

Language & Communication Skills

  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal communication skills
