Key Responsibilities

- Load and unload trucks and railcars using grain handling equipment
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently during daily operations
- Support smooth, timely movement of grain through the facility
- Follow established procedures for grain loading and unloading
Quality Monitoring & Inventory
- Monitor grain inventory levels and quality on an ongoing basis
- Report deviations or quality concerns promptly to supervisors
- Support accurate record-keeping for grain quality and inventory
- Help maintain product integrity throughout storage and handling
Equipment Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities
