Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead financial strategy, planning, and operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning and analysis, treasury management, regulatory compliance, and financial systems, while partnering closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgeting frameworks, and long-term financial planning
- Lead FP&A processes including forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning
Treasury & Cash Management
- Oversee treasury management, cash flow planning, and banking relationships
- Manage working capital optimization and funding strategies
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulatory requirements, and tax obligations
- Manage external audits, statutory reporting, and board-level financial presentations
Systems & Process Optimization
- Drive ERP system implementation, optimization, and financial process automation
- Prepare executive dashboards, financial reports, and investor relations materials
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance analysts, controllers, and accounting teams
- Partner with executive leadership, operations, and legal teams on strategic financial decisions
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CMA strongly preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience, including financial planning and treasury management
- At least 3 years of experience leading finance teams or functions
- Strong understanding of IFRS, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance
Essential Skills
- Experience with ERP systems, financial modeling tools, and Power BI or similar analytics platforms
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills for board and investor-level presentations
