Position Overview
This Head of Licensing and Regulatory Authorisations role involves designing and implementing a unified global licensing strategy, overseeing licensing application preparation and submission, and serving as the central coordination point for licensing activity across all regions. You will act as a senior representative in regulatory engagements, ensure operational readiness and governance alignment, conduct regulatory feasibility assessments for new markets, and lead and mentor the global regulatory and licensing team.

Key Responsibilities
Licensing Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement a unified global licensing strategy, ensuring consistency across regional approaches
- Work with regional licensing personnel to assess regulatory pathways and prioritise jurisdictions
- Oversee preparation, submission, and management of licensing applications and regulatory authorisation processes
Regional Coordination & Regulatory Engagement
- Serve as the central point of coordination for licensing and regulatory authorisation activity across all regions
- Act as a senior representative in regulatory engagements requiring global coordination or executive involvement
- Support regional teams in interactions with local regulators, offering strategic guidance
Governance, Market Expansion & Team Leadership
- Coordinate operational readiness across regions, ensuring compliance with global policies and standards
- Conduct regulatory feasibility assessments for new markets and product expansions
- Lead and mentor the global regulatory and licensing team, promoting regulatory excellence and disciplined execution
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in regulatory licensing and authorisations, regulatory affairs, or compliance
- Proven experience managing complex regulatory authorisation processes across multiple regions or markets
- Strong understanding of diverse regulatory frameworks and supervisory expectations globally
Essential Skills
- Exceptional cross-regional coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong project management capabilities managing complex, multi-jurisdictional workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to synthesise regional inputs into global strategy
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution discipline
