Position Overview
This senior role bridges the lab and the rulebook. You will lead beverage development, manage registration, labeling and claims, and work closely with manufacturers, labs, flavor houses and ingredient suppliers so each launch is safe, compliant and ready to sell.

Key Responsibilities
- Link formulation, scale-up and food regulatory affairs for end-to-end beverage development
- Manage compliance, product registration, labeling, nutritional information and claims for UAE, GCC and target markets
- Work with manufacturers, laboratories, flavor houses and ingredient suppliers on trials, testing and production scale-up
- Maintain quality standards through to successful commercialization
- Handle packaging, reformulation and continuous improvement of existing products
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology or a related field
- At least 5 years in beverage NPD/R&D and regulatory affairs, ideally in functional beverages, sports drinks, energy drinks, functional foods or nutraceuticals
- Hands-on beverage development from formulation to commercial production, including electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, caffeine and botanicals
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC, EU, UK and/or US food and beverage regulations, registration, labeling, shelf-life and stability testing, and scale-up
