  • Remain acutely aware of organizational trends and workforce changes that could impact people resource costs
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of cost driver interdependencies to ensure accurate headcount forecasting

Monthly HR Reporting & Variance Analysis

  • Take full responsibility for all monthly HR reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with finance planning cycles
  • Manage the overall budget and forecast process, planning schedule, and monthly variance analysis against personnel cost targets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for management on all personnel expenses and personnel budget-related matters
  • Prepare and present clear, concise variance analysis reports that identify risks, opportunities, and recommended corrective actions

Educational Requirements
