Position Overview
The Hygiene Manager makes sure every corner of the operation stays clean, safe and audit-ready. You will oversee hygiene and food safety standards, run regular inspections, keep documentation up to date, and work closely with the culinary, engineering and management teams. When something goes wrong, you find the cause and fix it fast.

 Key Responsibilities
Hygiene & Food Safety Control
- Oversee and maintain hygiene and food safety standards across all hospitality operations
- Monitor food handling, storage, preparation, cleaning and sanitation practices
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP principles and health standards
Inspections & Audits
- Carry out regular hygiene inspections, audits and compliance checks
- Identify hygiene risks, investigate non-compliance and apply corrective actions
Documentation & Procedures
- Develop and maintain hygiene procedures, checklists and records
- Keep audit files ready for internal and external inspections
Training & Coordination
- Deliver hygiene and food safety training for kitchen, service, housekeeping and operational teams
- Coordinate with culinary, operations, engineering and management teams to maintain required standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hygiene, food safety or sanitation roles, preferably in luxury hospitality
