Position Overview
This Logistics Processes Manager role is the driving force behind efficient operations across Fashion ID’s logistics chain. You will independently analyze and resolve disruptions and clarification cases along the entire supply chain, continuously develop existing processes to minimize recurring errors, provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for distribution centers in Germany and Austria/CEE, and collaborate closely with operational teams and interface areas to implement cross-departmental solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Process & Clarification Case Management
- Independently analyze and resolve disruptions and clarification cases along the entire supply chain
- Ensure sustainable solutions in daily operations
- Continuously develop existing processes and structures in clarification case handling to minimize error sources
International Support
- Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for distribution centers in Germany and Austria/CEE
- Act as the central contact person for operational questions
- Ensure on-site problems are resolved quickly and reliably
Interface Management & Cooperation
- Work closely with operational teams in the distribution centers
- Collaborate with relevant interface areas across the entire supply chain
- Develop cross-departmental solutions together and implement them successfully
- Anchor solutions sustainably within the systems
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, or
- Completed degree in Logistics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Experience & Technical Competence
- Strong process understanding with the ability to quickly learn logistics system landscapes
- Analytical approach to getting to the root of complex disruptions
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
