Hilti is hiring a Logistics Specialist – UAE National for its Sub-Region Gulf logistics team. About the Role
You will support day-to-day logistics across warehouse, transport, inventory, import and export, reverse logistics and order fulfilment. That means working with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, suppliers and internal teams, following shipments, documents and system data, chasing exceptions, tracking service, quality, productivity and cost, and supporting Lean, digitalisation and reporting projects. You will work closely with Customer Service, Sales, Materials Management and Finance, and own the topics you are given.

Key Responsibilities
- Support warehouse, transport, inventory, import/export, reverse logistics and order fulfilment
- Coordinate with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, suppliers and internal teams
- Monitor shipments, documents and system data, and follow up on exceptions
- Track service, quality, productivity, inventory and cost indicators
- Work with Customer Service, Sales, Materials Management and Finance
- Support Lean, digitalisation, reporting and data-analysis initiatives
- Own assigned topics and communicate progress and risks clearly
Qualifications & Requirements
- UAE National with a Family Book
- Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or similar
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years in logistics, operations, analytics, customer service, projects or process improvement
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP or other ERP exposure is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong English
- Organised, proactive, willing to learn and take ownership
