Position Overview
The Quality Controller (Frozen Food Division) in Ajman is responsible for making sure product quality is maintained at every stage, from the moment goods are received until they are dispatched. You will carry out quality inspections, monitor cold chain conditions, handle QC documentation, apply HACCP and food safety procedures, and prepare clear reports. Frozen products leave very little room for error, so attention to detail and consistent record keeping are central to the role.
