Position Overview
This Lohnbuchhalter:in role prepares and processes monthly payroll in accordance with current legal regulations, maintaining personnel master data and time management systems. You will communicate with social insurance providers, tax offices, and other external institutions, advise employees on payroll tax and social insurance questions, support personnel controlling reports and analyses, prepare documents for tax advisors and audits, create personnel cost evaluations, and monitor deadlines and open personnel matters.

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in payroll accounting
Experience Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally within a medium-sized company
Technical Skills
- Confident use of DATEV LODAS and MS Office
- Good knowledge of German labor, tax, and social insurance law
Essential Skills
- Precise and reliable working style with a high degree of discretion
- German language skills at C1 level
