- Strong experience in piling, shoring, diaphragm walls, secant pile walls, and contiguous pile walls — demonstrating deep practical knowledge of installation methods, quality standards, and production management
- Proven expertise in deep excavation systems — temporary works design review, excavation support monitoring, dewatering coordination, and safety management for major urban and waterfront excavation projects
- Experience with ground anchors, soil nailing, and ground improvement works — applying geotechnical understanding to practical site management decisions throughout temporary and permanent works construction
- Ability to interpret geotechnical investigation data, design drawings, specifications, and method statements — and translate these into effective, productive, and safe piling construction operations on site
Construction Programme Management & P6
- Manage piling and foundation works programme using Primavera P6 and MS Project — developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed piling construction schedules across complex multi-rig, multi-area project environments
- Track and report piling production rates, equipment availability, material consumption, and RFI/design data release against the baseline programme — identifying and escalating schedule risks promptly
