Duties & Key Responsibilities

Project Scope & Requirements Management

  • Thoroughly understand project requirements, scope of work, and contract obligations to ensure all construction activities are aligned with client and stakeholder expectations
  • Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to interpret project requirements accurately and communicate them clearly to site teams and subcontractors
