Duties & Key Responsibilities
Project Scope & Requirements Management
- Thoroughly understand project requirements, scope of work, and contract obligations to ensure all construction activities are aligned with client and stakeholder expectations
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to interpret project requirements accurately and communicate them clearly to site teams and subcontractors
- Coordinate with the project manager and design teams to ensure any scope changes are properly documented, assessed, and implemented on site without delay
Site Supervision & Execution Planning
- Supervise day-to-day construction operations across all active work fronts on the high-rise tower project — ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to approved standards
