Position Overview
The QHSE Coordinator enforces compliance of the QSHE management systems within the region to satisfy the needs of consumers and customers by implementing QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures. This role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment management systems, conducts internal audits, participates in incident investigations, and delivers QSHE training and awareness programs to employees.

Key Responsibilities
QSHE Management Systems & Compliance
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment management systems
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify and assess operational risks, supporting QSHE initiatives to mitigate potential business impacts
Audits & Incident Investigation
- Conduct internal audits across regional operations, identifying areas for improvement
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings
- Participate in incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence
Complaints, Recalls & Regulatory Matters
- Manage customer and consumer complaints, product recalls, accident investigations, and regulatory matters
- Support timely resolution of quality and safety issues in line with company procedures
Training & Performance Monitoring
- Deliver QSHE training and awareness programs to employees, ensuring adherence to policies and best practices
- Monitor, measure, and report QSHE performance metrics
- Support the achievement of departmental objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Food Science, Health & Safety, or a related field
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health, Safety & Sustainability (HSS), or Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
- Experience preferably within the dairy or FMCG industry
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of ISO standards and HACCP principles
- Experience supporting ISO/HACCP implementation and compliance activities
