Job Summary
The Senior Quality Assurance Executive primary role is to assist the QA Manager to implement, maintain and improve Alghanim Food & Beverage Quality System. Excellent organization and communication skills are required. Must be able to work effectively with all Food and Beverage staff. The Sr. QA Executive will work closely with the support office team, store operation team, and suppliers to support the Food and Beverage Food Safety System implementation across Alghanim F&B brands.

Job Responsibilities
As Quality Assurance Executive at Alghanim Industries Kuwait, your responsibilities include:
Quality System Implementation & Compliance
- Support QA Manager ensuring all quality procedures are implemented, maintained, and complied with Alghanim F&B brands standards
- Ensure compliance with international food safety and quality requirements
- Keeping and ensuring all QA records are available and well organized
Store & Supplier Auditing
- Auditing Alghanim F&B stores in different markets based on Alghanim Food Safety Checklist and auditing plans
- Auditing Alghanim F&B suppliers in different markets based on yearly calendar
- Follow up with operation team on raised non-conformances (NCs) and corrective actions
Quality Monitoring & Analysis
- Conducting continuous quality monitoring on products, keeping records and taking necessary actions
- Coordinate with laboratories, suppliers, and operations on required analysis based on defined plan
- Analyze results and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Operations Support & Training
- Support operation team with quality assurance requirements and training on any new QA standards
- Working side by side together with training department to establish quality assurance training plan
- Ensuring QA training plan is implemented across operations
Reporting & Communication
- Sending weekly and monthly reports of quality department to operation team and operation leaders
- Communicate quality issues and corrective actions across teams
Additional Responsibilities
- Able to handle any other tasks required to support QA department to achieve company goals
- Flexible approach to support various QA initiatives
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate for this quality assurance executive position must possess:
Educational Requirements
- Degree in Food Science or any equivalent food-related discipline
Experience Requirements
- 3 years of experience in quality assurance in food and beverage industry
- Proven track record in QA auditing and compliance
Certification & Training
- HACCP training and strong knowledge is a MUST
- Understanding of food safety management systems
Technical Skills
- Very good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Very good English skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of food safety standards and auditing practices
