Position Overview
As a Quality Control Assistant in Dubai, you will check food products for condition, packaging, labeling and expiry dates, keep inspection records accurate, and support food safety audits. You will also flag damaged or expired items quickly and work with other teams to keep standards consistent. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with quality inspection and checking of various food products.
- Check product condition, packaging, labeling, expiry dates and storage requirements.
- Maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, records and documentation.
- Support food safety and quality audits.
- Identify and report damaged, expired or non-conforming products.
- Monitor hygiene, storage and handling standards.
- Keep quality-related documents filed and updated.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in FMCG, food products, warehouse or quality control is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection procedures and documentation.
- Good awareness of food safety and hygiene practices.
- HACCP certification preferred.
- Knowledge of food-product audits is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, with good communication, reporting and organizational skills.
