The Quality Control Officer in Riyadh is a full-time, on-site role embedded within a central kitchen food production environment. Key Responsibilities
HACCP & ISO 22000 Compliance
- Ensure full and consistent compliance with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards across all central kitchen food production activities
- Monitor and actively maintain quality control processes within the central kitchen environment to prevent quality deviations
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure strict adherence to all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols at every stage of production
- Identify and escalate any non-conformances or food safety risks promptly to prevent product quality failures
Incident Reporting & Quality Documentation
- Prepare and document incident reports with full accuracy, clarity, and proper detail for management review and regulatory purposes
- Maintain organized, comprehensive, and consistently up-to-date quality and compliance documentation across all production records
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Email to prepare professional quality reports and compliance communications
- Ensure all quality records are audit-ready and properly filed in accordance with ISO 22000 documentation requirements
Kitchen Coordination & Standards Enforcement
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and production teams to communicate, reinforce, and enforce quality and hygiene standards daily
- Provide clear guidance to kitchen personnel on HACCP requirements, safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures
- Support the team in building a quality-first culture where every kitchen team member understands their role in maintaining food safety

Knowledge & Technical Skills
- Strong and demonstrable working knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000 food safety management systems is essential
