Key Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Service
- Coordinate with kitchen, pantry, bar, and service team
- Collect and deliver food and beverages as per orders
- Clear used crockery and return items to the cleaning area
- Assist with basic preparation tasks (bread baskets, lemons, simple sauces)
Coffee & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve coffee and related beverages
- Handle coffee equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
Cleanliness & Equipment Care
- Maintain pantry, coffee bar, and dining area cleanliness
- Polish cutlery and glassware; clean service equipment
- Replenish pantry and coffee supplies
- Safely handle hot food, liquids, and equipment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen, pantry, bar, and service teams
- Experience or willingness to learn food and beverage delivery in a fast-paced environment
