Position Overview
This Supply Chain Planner role independently creates and schedules production plans, monitors production orders and material flows in SAP, and prioritizes orders while managing bottlenecks. You will ensure material availability along the value chain, analyze requirements and stock levels in SAP PP/MM, participate in the S&OP process, optimize planning and scheduling processes, maintain SAP master data, and produce evaluations and key figures for production and material planning.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning
- Independently create and schedule production plans, considering capacities, material availability, and customer requirements
- Monitor and control production orders, planned orders, and material flows in SAP
- Prioritize production orders and proactively manage bottlenecks and escalations
- Execute material requirements planning (MRP) and analyze requirement/stock lists (MD04)
Material Planning & Inventory Management
- Ensure material availability along the entire value chain
- Analyze material requirements, stock levels, and delivery dates in SAP PP/MM
- Initiate and follow up on measures in case of material shortages or delivery deviations
- Collaborate closely with purchasing, production, warehousing, quality management, and CRM
Planning & Process Optimization
- Participate in the S&OP process and coordinate forecasts with relevant departments
- Analyze and optimize planning and scheduling processes within SAP PP
- Maintain SAP master data (bills of materials, routings, planning parameters)
- Create evaluations and key figures for production and material planning
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training with further education or studies in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain management
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment is ideal
Technical Skills
- Solid knowledge of production or material planning with SAP PP and MS Excel
Essential Skills
- Structured, analytical, and independent work style
- Strong communication skills and reliable escalation management
- German and English, both spoken and written, at least B2 level
