This role focuses on ensuring the quality and stability of an AI-powered product within a fast-moving release environment. The position combines hands-on manual testing with a strong focus on improving QA efficiency through automation of repetitive checks and practical AI tooling.
Why This Role Matters: As Senior QA Manual, you plan testing scope, timelines, scenarios, and coverage for product releases, create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, checklists, and test documentation, test and stabilize patches within a rapid release cycle, supporting production deployments several times per week, perform hands-on testing across mobile, web, and backend components, identify defects quickly and document them clearly so engineering teams can act without unnecessary follow-up, continuously improve QA processes by standardizing repetitive checks and eliminating unnecessary manual work, and evaluate and integrate AI tools that can meaningfully improve testing efficiency and productivity, contributing a product-focused perspective throughout.
 Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Documentation
- Plan testing scope, timelines, scenarios, and coverage for product releases
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, checklists, and test documentation
Hands-On Testing & Defect Management
- Perform hands-on testing across mobile, web, and backend components
- Identify defects quickly, investigate issues, and document them clearly
Rapid Release Support
- Test and stabilize patches within a rapid release cycle, several times per week
- Support QA activities throughout the Agile development and release lifecycle
AI Tooling & Process Improvement
- Continuously improve QA processes by standardizing repetitive checks
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools that improve testing efficiency and productivity
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Strong professional experience in manual QA testing across mobile, web, and backend environments
- Hands-on experience creating and executing checklists, test cases, and structured QA documentation
- Solid understanding of client-server architecture and Agile development and release cycles
Essential Skills
- Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail or Allure TestOps, MS SQL Server, Fiddler, and Postman
- Demonstrated use of AI tools as part of an everyday QA workflow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Product-oriented mindset, interested in understanding how features work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
