A UAE camp and catering services provider is hiring a Site Manager to run a remote site: kitchens, housekeeping, accommodation and the people who keep them going. You will put HACCP and food safety controls in place, inspect food storage, temperatures and handling, keep records and fix non-conformities. You will also manage schedules, attendance, overtime, discipline and training, watch stock and equipment maintenance, and hold food, non-food and payroll costs within budget.
