Position Overview
This is a senior QA opportunity focused on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of applications in Agile and Scrum environments. The role combines functional, integration, and regression testing with close collaboration across engineering and business teams, translating functional and technical requirements into effective testing strategies and actionable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Testing Execution
- Perform integration, regression, and functional testing to ensure applications meet business, technical, and system requirements
- Create, review, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases for new and modified systems
Requirements Analysis & Defect Management
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into effective testing scenarios and quality criteria
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution with appropriate validation and follow-up
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and Scrum teams within Agile delivery environments
- Support multiple teams and complex assignments while maintaining consistent quality and testing standards
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve testing processes, coverage, efficiency, and product quality
Automation & Engineering Standards
- Apply established software engineering disciplines, change-control standards, and testing procedures
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to maintaining engineering and quality standards
- Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to approaches supporting Test Driven Development
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in Scrum and Agile environments
- Extensive experience across the full software testing lifecycle, including test case development, execution, defect management, and validation
- Strong experience performing functional, integration, and regression testing
Essential Skills
- Advanced analytical, quantitative, deductive reasoning, reconciliation, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality
- Experience with Automated Change Management and established change-control processes
- Strong proficiency with word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across Scrum and cross-functional teams
