Position Overview
This Editions Site Team Leader role involves leading through your team while working closely with site management to achieve company objectives, supervising compliance with standard operating procedures through coaching, and communicating professionally with Deliveroo riders. You will operate and oversee dispatch, ensure deliveries meet company expectations, maintain food safety and site cleanliness, and supervise accurate timekeeping and health & safety checks throughout shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Shift Leadership & SOP Compliance
- Lead through your team, working closely with site management to achieve company objectives and goals
- Supervise compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) through supervision and coaching
- Prioritise tasks and activities on shift while retaining a hands-on approach
Dispatch & Rider Coordination
- Communicate professionally and effectively with Deliveroo riders
- Operate and oversee dispatch, ensuring accurate handling of orders and minimising mistakes during peak periods
- Ensure all deliveries are handled in line with company expectations and policies
Standards, Safety & Timekeeping
- Drive strong food safety and compliance standards, maintaining a clean, tidy, organised site
- Maintain good relations with external parties such as neighbours, landlords, and contractors
- Complete H&S checks and ensure adherence to company policies throughout shifts
- Supervise accurate timekeeping, ensuring proper shift recording and break compliance
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a similar environment preferred but not essential
- Strong hands-on mentality, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of consistently hitting KPI targets
- Demonstrated leadership and experience training other associates
- Ability to run shifts independently
- Good communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English
