Position Overview
This Supply Chain Analyst role is responsible for establishing and developing partnerships with electronic component suppliers to secure production capacity for product demands. You will manage supply chain forecasting, coordinate the ME multi-source strategy with Operations Managers, build a Supply Chain Monitoring system to track product development lifecycle and supply status, and serve as the main point of contact for all component supply topics with production partners and key manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
Supplier Relationship Management
- Establish solid, continuous communication with key component manufacturers and EMS partners
- Develop the ME Multi-Source Strategy to ensure continuous supply from all relevant suppliers
Component Lifecycle & Forecasting
- Evaluate and track the lifecycle status of each supplied electronic component
- Support the Operations Team in establishing the right procurement strategy and forecast
- Track EMS stock evolution and develop mid/long-term purchase strategy
Supply Chain Monitoring & Reporting
- Establish a Supply Chain Monitoring system to track product development lifecycle and supply status
- Identify potential obsolete components and/or supply bottlenecks proactively
- Define and prepare supply chain reports for Management
Process Development
- Develop and refine internal processes and documentation
- Serve as the main contact for all topics related to component supply
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Multiple years of relevant work experience in the electronics business
- A good understanding of electronics and their manufacturing methods
Essential Skills
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills, focused on quality and on-time delivery
- A structured, independent way of working and good negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, willing to take responsibility and ownership of a project
Language & Cultural Fit
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus
