Position Overview
The Supply Chain Management Specialist at Ecovacs Düsseldorf is responsible for the full administrative day-to-day SCM operations including import and export management and all supply chain modules in SAP. The role covers EMEA-wide communication with B2B customers, logistics service providers, internal departments, and Ecovacs headquarters in China — alongside demand planning, inventory management, logistics partner negotiations, KPI monitoring, and the strategic development of logistics structures supporting Ecovacs’s multichannel EMEA expansion programme.

Key Responsibilities
SAP Operations & Import / Export Management
- Take full responsibility for daily administrative supply chain operations, import and export processes, and SAP supply chain modules
- Manage all inbound and outbound goods flows accurately within SAP Business One to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
- Coordinate import and export documentation, customs compliance, and cross-border shipment requirements across EMEA markets
- Maintain SAP system accuracy for all inventory, planning, and logistics data to support reliable operational decision-making
EMEA Communication & B2B Customer Coordination
- Communicate proactively across the EMEA region with B2B customers, Ecovacs sales teams, and logistics service providers
- Liaise effectively with internal specialist departments and Ecovacs’s headquarters in China on all supply chain matters
- Ensure customer contract and delivery conditions are monitored, respected, and maintained including retail compliance requirements
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all EMEA stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations
Demand Planning & Inventory Management
- Conduct demand analysis, purchasing planning, and inventory management to maximise product availability across all channels
- Plan and coordinate goods flows to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time across EMEA
- Minimise supply chain risks through proactive inventory monitoring, reorder management, and contingency planning
- Monitor operational processes and budgets through KPI reporting, data analysis, and performance improvement initiatives
Logistics Partner Management & Contract Negotiations
- Manage all logistics partners and service providers including tendering, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions
- Review and ensure compliance with all customer contract and delivery conditions across the EMEA multichannel network
- Develop forward-thinking logistics concepts for warehousing, inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics in partnership with IT and service providers
- Drive continuous cross-functional and cross-country process improvement projects with full independent ownership
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Successfully completed business administration degree or a comparable qualification in logistics or supply chain management
Experience & Technical Requirements
- Solid experience in supply chain management, logistics operations, or import/export coordination in an international environment
- Confident and proficient use of SAP Business One or comparable ERP systems for supply chain and inventory management
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis, KPI reporting, and planning
- Good English and German language skills — both written and spoken — for daily EMEA and HQ communication
