Position Overview
Efficient supply chain processes are the foundation of MBG Group’s success. From inventory planning to the market launch of new products, the Supply Chain Coordinator ensures that MBG’s brands are reliably available worldwide. As a central interface between internal departments and international partners, this role plays a decisive part in coordinating orders, bottling, and collaboration with international suppliers and partners across the company’s diverse beverage portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Planning & Availability
- Take responsibility for inventory planning and ensure optimal product availability
- Coordinate orders, bottling, and collaboration with international suppliers and partners
- Conduct stocktaking and inventory checks as part of ongoing supply chain control
Product Launch Coordination
- Steer new product launches and product-related adjustments from planning through to successful implementation
- Coordinate packaging, labeling, registration, and certification processes in close alignment with internal departments
- Support cross-functional teams in bringing new products to market on schedule
Supplier & Quality Management
- Handle complaints and initiate quality improvement measures
- Maintain and further develop supplier relationships across international partners
- Support consistent quality standards throughout the international supply chain
Cross-Functional Interface
- Act as the central interface between internal departments and international partners
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination across supply chain, product, and commercial teams
- Support decision-making with accurate, up-to-date supply chain information
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed commercial or business administration training, or a degree related to Supply Chain, Logistics, or Product Management
Experience Requirements
- Initial professional experience in Supply Chain, disposition, inventory management, procurement, or product management
- Project management experience is an advantage
Essential Skills
- Structured, self-directed working style with the ability to stay on top of complex processes
- Strong organizational skills, communication strength, and a solution-oriented approach
- Analytical thinking with a good sense for efficient processes and quality standards
- Confident use of common IT systems and good written and spoken English skills
