Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Leadership & Risk Management
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives across AgroLiquid — including risk management, security standards development, and policy implementation
- Design and manage monitoring systems, access controls, and security frameworks to protect AgroLiquid’s technology environment
- Lead incident response planning and execution — detecting, containing, investigating, and recovering from security incidents effectively
- Identify vulnerabilities across the IT environment and implement practical, business-appropriate solutions to address identified risks
Network, Server & Cloud Architecture
- Help design, advance, and maintain AgroLiquid’s network, server, cloud, and broader technology infrastructure effectively
- Influence architecture standards and system integrations — ensuring that all technology components work securely and efficiently together
- Evaluate emerging technologies and cloud platforms — recommending and implementing solutions that improve reliability and efficiency
- Support future-state technology planning that aligns IT architecture with AgroLiquid’s growing operational and business requirements
Security Improvements & Technology Planning
- Lead the implementation of security improvements across network, cloud, server, and endpoint environments at AgroLiquid

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or a related field is expected
- Equivalent demonstrated professional experience in IT security and systems architecture will also be considered in lieu of degree
- Industry certifications (CISSP, CEH, CISM, CompTIA Security+, AWS, Azure, CCNP, or equivalent) are valued advantages
Experience & Technical Requirements
- Demonstrated professional strength in both IT security and systems architecture — not one or the other, but genuinely both
- Experience in risk management, security standards, monitoring, access controls, and incident response in a business IT environment
