Key Responsibilities
Logistics Strategy & Operations Leadership
- Take full responsibility for the development and implementation of an efficient, cost-optimized logistics strategy
- Manage and further develop the areas of warehousing, transport, and dispatching across all operations
- Ensure a smooth, cost-optimized, and on-time logistics organization at all stages of the supply chain
- Actively drive cultural change with a strong focus on performance, digitalization, and continuous operational improvement
Process Optimization & Value Chain Management
- Optimize processes along the entire value chain — from goods receipt through storage, picking, and final shipping
- Introduce and further develop modern logistics and automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across the full logistics operation proactively
- Implement structured process improvements that deliver measurable results across throughput, accuracy, and cost KPIs
External Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Manage external logistics partners and build long-term, high-performance service provider relationships
- Negotiate service levels, agreements, and performance standards with third-party logistics and transport providers
- Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Production, and Sales to ensure maximum transparency and operational efficiency
- Maintain direct exchange with management and investors ensuring full alignment on logistics performance and strategy

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background
- Completed vocational training in logistics, warehousing, industry, trade, or a comparable professional qualification
- Additional qualifications in supply chain management, logistics management, or business administration are an advantage
Experience Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in logistics, dispatching, or warehouse management operations
- Initial management or team leadership experience is a clear advantage for this role
- Proven track record of process optimization, value chain improvement, and logistics partner management
