Key Responsibilities
Material Flow, Storage & Goods Retrieval
- Store and retrieve goods professionally, reliably, and on schedule — ensuring materials are always available at the right place and at the right time for the workshop, shipping, and all internal areas
- Prepare project orders for the workshop, shipping department, and other internal areas — ensuring all material requests are fulfilled accurately, promptly, and in the correct quantities
- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently — using your valid forklift license to support all material movement, loading, and unloading activities within the Maxdorf warehouse facility
- Maintain clean, organized, and 5S-compliant storage areas — ensuring all warehouse locations are correctly labeled, orderly, and conducive to safe and efficient material retrieval
Order Picking, Packing & Processing
- Carry out order picking and packing carefully and precisely — ensuring every order is fulfilled accurately and efficiently to support error-free order processing and on-time customer delivery
- Verify all picked items against order documentation — confirming product identity, quantities, and quality before dispatch to prevent errors and customer complaints
- Package and label all outgoing goods correctly and in compliance with shipping and quality requirements — ensuring every outbound delivery is properly prepared for safe transport
- Support shipping department operations by preparing outgoing goods and coordinating handovers to logistics partners in a timely and organized manner
Inventory Control & ERP Digital Processes
- Conduct regular inventory checks — ensuring correct stock levels are maintained at all times and identifying and reporting any deviations, discrepancies, or quality problems early
- Book all processes and material movements accurately in the ERP system — creating production orders and recording consumables for procurement with full data quality and timeliness
