Why This Role Matters: As Warehouse Specialist and Problem Solver at ID Logistics Kaiserslautern, you are the operational lifeline for a busy logistics center — the go-to professional who resolves the incoming goods challenges, inventory discrepancies, and technical malfunctions that can disrupt flow and compromise customer satisfaction. Your structured, solution-oriented approach keeps logistics processes running smoothly even when things go wrong, your clear communication keeps departments informed and coordinated, and your Amazon AFTX experience makes you especially valuable in one of Germany’s most important e-commerce logistics environments.

  • Act as a first-response technical coordinator — escalating unresolved system or equipment issues to the appropriate technical or IT support team
  • Apply a good computer and system affinity to navigate multiple logistics software systems efficiently and accurately in daily operations
  • Use MS Office (Word and Excel) effectively for documentation, reporting, data analysis, and internal communication tasks

Goods Receipt, Amazon AFTX & Operational Support

  • Support operational processes in goods receipt — working as a receiver, processing deliveries, and checking incoming goods for accuracy
  • Apply experience with Amazon inbound processes and the associated AFTX systems — where applicable and as an advantage in this role
  • Ensure incoming deliveries are processed accurately and efficiently — supporting smooth inbound logistics flow across the Kaiserslautern center
  • Support broader operational logistics processes as required — demonstrating flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to work across functions
