Position Overview
The Warehouse Team Leader oversees daily receiving, storing, and shipping operations, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety protocols. You coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor on stock replenishment, maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, lead and mentor warehouse staff, and use the LFS Warehouse Management System to track inventory, manage order fulfillment, and drive continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Warehouse Operations
- Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping operations, ensuring adherence to procedures and safety protocols
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor on stock replenishment
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and oversee equipment maintenance and upkeep
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff on a day-to-day basis
- Conduct regular training sessions on warehouse practices, safety, and equipment use
- Perform performance evaluations and resolve employee issues professionally
WMS & Inventory Management
- Utilize the LFS Warehouse Management System to track inventory and manage order fulfillment
- Operate and instruct others on RF scanner use
- Implement inventory control processes, including daily stock reconciliation to minimize discrepancies
Performance Reporting & Process Improvement
- Analyze operational performance metrics and develop improvement strategies
- Prepare management reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational challenges
- Develop and implement SOPs and coordinate with other departments for accurate order processing
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Proven warehouse operations experience with team leadership responsibility
- 3–6 years of operations and team leadership experience preferred
- Hands-on LFS WMS experience is a significant advantage
Essential Skills
- RF scanner and inventory management proficiency
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and compliance
- Solid analytical skills for performance metric review and improvement planning
- Good communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Experience developing and implementing SOPs
Salary Benchmark — UAE Market (2024/2025): For a Warehouse Team Leader with 3-6 years of operations and team leadership experience based in Dubai, base salary ranges from AED 8,000 to AED 14,000 per month.
