Position Overview

This Senior Supply Chain & Operations Analyst role partners closely with Sales, Service, and Supply Chain teams to drive operational excellence across the EMEA region for Wilson. You will optimize inventory levels, align demand and supply plans, support commercial growth initiatives, and ensure efficient end-to-end execution of supply chain processes, serving as a key link between commercial, operational, and logistics functions while driving continuous improvement and high customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Operations Leadership

  • Serve as an operational lead within the Supply Chain organization across EMEA
  • Drive day-to-day execution, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement
  • Manage inventory, demand planning, inbound logistics, and outbound operations

Inventory & Demand Planning

  • Manage inventory performance across designated product categories
  • Lead demand and supply planning activities for assigned categories
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and replenishment strategies
  • Review sales orders, forecasts, and procurement plans to mitigate supply risks

Key Account & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as primary operational liaison for designated key accounts
  • Ensure effective order execution, issue resolution, and customer alignment
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to improve customer experience
  • Support revenue growth initiatives through operational workflow improvements

Logistics & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with warehouse, customs, transportation, and global supply teams
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound activities for seamless product flow
  • Lead continuous improvement across transportation, routing, and inventory workflows
  • Support strategic supply chain projects, product launches, and business transformation

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Degree-level education ideally, but not essential

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar Supply Chain role
  • Proven ability to identify and generate recommendations through strategic analysis

Essential Skills

  • Strong process management knowledge with an improvement mindset
  • Analytical, proactive, and team-based mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all management levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel knowledge essential
  • Good operational SAP knowledge of the SD & MM modules
  • Excellent English skills, written and verbal
