This role involves overseeing the development and execution of legal frameworks for emerging technologies. Legal Strategy & Compliance
- Design and implement legal strategies aligned with project goals and regulatory requirements

Contract & Agreement Management

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in a project leadership role
- Strong understanding of technology law, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements and contracts
Essential Skills
- Ability to translate legal concepts into actionable business strategies for non-legal stakeholders
