Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Coordination
- Support and coordinate daily operations of the warehouse
- Ensure smooth and efficient inbound, outbound, and sorting processes
- Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities, especially during peak periods
Workforce Planning & Performance Monitoring
- Support workforce planning, shift planning, and task allocation
- Monitor operational KPIs such as productivity, throughput, and processing performance
- Identify operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions
Compliance & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support the Warehouse/Operations Manager in managing daily warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety requirements, and warehouse standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain operational data, reports, and documentation
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and workflows
- Take a hands-on approach and support the team directly when required
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Degree, vocational qualification, or relevant professional experience in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, operations, or comparable field
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Experience coordinating warehouse teams or daily operational activities is an advantage
Essential Skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and reliable working style
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak periods
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Fluent English and German; Mandarin skills an advantage
