Position Overview
This Senior Stock Controller role manages the inventory system within the specified location or locations, overseeing stock controllers and training and developing staff to perform duties and responsibilities correctly to company standard. As a key role in outer depots, it requires a high degree of autonomy, strong decision-making, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining accurate, well-organized inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory System Management
- Manage the inventory system within the specified location or locations
- Maintain accurate and well-organized stock records across the depot
Team Management
- Manage stock controllers within the assigned depot
- Oversee daily team performance and ensure smooth stock operations
Training & Development
- Train and develop staff to perform duties and responsibilities correctly to company standard
- Support ongoing skill development across the stock control team
Depot Autonomy & Decision-Making
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy as a key role in outer depots
- Make independent, sound decisions to keep depot operations running efficiently

- High School Certificate
Experience Requirements
- 5 years in store keeping or as store in charge
