Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at the Dubai facility
- Manage daily workflows to ensure efficient warehouse performance
- Maintain a well-organized, safe, and productive warehouse environment
- Ensure operations run smoothly across all shifts and working days
Inventory & Stock Control
- Apply strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations
- Maintain accurate stock records to support operational decision-making
- Support regular stock audits and reconciliation processes
Team Leadership
- Manage warehouse teams with strong organizational and leadership skills
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance and productivity
- Support staff development and maintain a motivated, accountable team
- Ensure clear communication of goals and expectations to warehouse staff
Dispatch & Receiving Coordination
- Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods across all operations
- Coordinate dispatch schedules to meet delivery and business timelines
- Oversee receiving processes to ensure accurate goods intake
- Resolve dispatch or receiving issues quickly to avoid delays
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 3-4 years’ experience in warehouse management (Age: 25-40 years)
- Proven experience managing day-to-day warehouse operations
- Apparel sector warehouse experience highly preferred
Essential Skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock management
- Ability to manage teams and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
