Position Overview
The Stock Controller Officer ensures accurate inventory management across Dr Nutrition’s operations, monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records, conducting regular physical stock counts and reconciling discrepancies, and tracking stock movement, transfers, receipts, and dispatches. This role coordinates closely with warehouses, stores, purchasing, and other departments to maintain reliable, well-documented inventory across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Stock Monitoring & Physical Counts
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Track stock movement, transfers, receipts, and dispatches
Cross-Department Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouses, stores, purchasing, and other departments
- Identify damaged, missing, expired, or slow-moving stock and report accordingly
- Monitor stock availability and highlight shortages or excess inventory
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Ensure proper documentation for all stock transactions
- Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures and policies
Audits & Discrepancy Investigation
- Assist with stock audits and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Support root-cause identification for recurring inventory issues
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in stock control, inventory, warehouse, or a similar role
- Candidates with retail, FMCG, pharmacy, or distribution experience are preferred
- UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
Essential Skills
- Must speak Arabic
- Experience with inventory management systems and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
