Contractor, Vendor & Procurement Management
- Manage external contractors, suppliers, service providers, technicians, and maintenance vendors — ensuring services are delivered according to agreed specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Review contractor quotations, scopes of work, service agreements, maintenance contracts, and technical proposals — applying sound commercial and technical judgment throughout
- Monitor vendor performance, service-level agreements, response times, quality standards, and contractual obligations — acting promptly on underperformance
- Coordinate the procurement of maintenance materials, spare parts, equipment, tools, and facility-related services in collaboration with Procurement and Finance teams
Budget, CAPEX, Utilities & Asset Management
- Develop and manage facilities budgets, monitor expenditure, control operating costs, and identify cost optimisation opportunities across all facility-related spend
- Monitor utility consumption — electricity, water, fuel, and other facility-related resources — and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce consumption
- Monitor facility assets and develop replacement, upgrade, lifecycle, and capital expenditure plans based on operational requirements and asset condition assessments
- Maintain accurate records of assets, maintenance activities, inspections, service contracts, warranties, equipment history, and facility documentation — using CMMS, BMS, or ERP platforms
Compliance, Safety, Emergency Response & Team Leadership
- Ensure facilities comply with applicable health and safety requirements, building regulations, environmental standards, fire and emergency procedures, and company policies
- Coordinate statutory inspections, certifications, testing, permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements applicable to facility operations in Dubai and the UAE
- Develop and maintain emergency response, business continuity, disaster recovery, and contingency procedures — coordinating responses to emergencies, equipment failures, and utility interruptions

Educational Requirements

Technical & Experience Requirements
