Position Overview
This PCB Operator role involves assembling electronic components on PCBs, performing soldering and visual inspection, operating SMT and THP production equipment, running solder paste printing, SPI, Pick & Place and reflow processes, conducting automatic inspection, washing and conformal coating, performing functional testing, and reading blueprints and job specifications to ensure accurate component placement.

Key Responsibilities
PCB Assembly & Soldering
- Assemble electronic components on PCBs according to blueprints and job specifications
- Perform soldering and visual inspection of assembled components
SMT/THP Equipment Operation
- Operate SMT and THP production equipment
- Run solder paste printing, SPI, Pick & Place and reflow processes
Quality & Testing
- Perform automatic inspection, washing and conformal coating processes
- Conduct functional testing on assembled PCBs
- Identify component defects with strong attention to detail
Documentation & Safety
- Read blueprints, job specifications and PCB loading lists
- Follow ESD precautions and safety standards throughout the assembly process
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PCB Assembly
- Experience with SMT/THP, Pick & Place, Reflow, SPI, solder paste printing and PCB testing
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of electronic components, SMD land patterns, solder paste and reflow processes
- Experience using soldering stations and hand tools
- Knowledge of ESD precautions and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints, job specifications and PCB loading lists
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify component defects
Preferred Qualifications
