Position Overview
This Agriculture Admin Support & Jr. Analyst role supports Farming Operations leadership through business analysis, operational reporting, executive support, equipment administration, and process improvement. Working across Finance, Accounting, Agronomy, Harvest, Equipment, Food Safety, and Maintenance, you will develop reports, analyze operational performance, coordinate key administrative processes, maintain business systems, and support strategic projects while ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of operational and financial information.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Reporting
- Develop reports and analyze operational performance across farming operations
- Support business analysis to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
- Prepare reports and presentations for Farming Operations leadership
- Maintain business systems and ensure accuracy of operational and financial information
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide executive support to Farming Operations leadership
- Coordinate key administrative processes across the farming organization
- Support equipment administration and related documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive operational and financial information
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Farming Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Agronomy teams
- Coordinate with Harvest, Equipment, Food Safety, and Maintenance departments
- Support strategic projects across cross-functional teams
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across the farming organization
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, agricultural operations, project coordination, executive administration, or a related field
- Experience with ERP or maintenance management systems (Infor preferred)
Essential Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report and presentation preparation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting company, insurance, and DMV requirements
