Position Overview
This logistics warehouse manager job in Düsseldorf is a strong fit if you enjoy mixing hands-on operations with strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Henkel counterpart and site lead for the external warehouse provider
- Safeguard inventory accuracy, service quality, SHE and operational performance
- Oversee warehouse infrastructure, equipment, maintenance programs and business continuity
- Ensure compliance with contracts, service levels and governance requirements
- Define and improve KPIs, SLAs and performance management with suppliers
- Lead and develop the local team, including technical, maintenance and systems roles
- Manage stakeholders and drive collaboration across local, regional and global teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree focused on logistics or supply chain
- At least 5 years of professional experience with a solid grasp of warehouse management
- Proven team leadership and project management experience
- Strong analytical, communication and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on mentality
- Fluent German and English
