Position Overview
As Warehouse Supervisor, you run the daily flow of goods, from put-away and picking to staging, receiving and replenishment. You guide the team, check production reports, and make sure stock is issued the right way every time.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Lead inbound, outbound and inventory operations day to day
- Supervise put-away, space creation, production issuance, export and local order picking, and staging
- Receive GRVs and finished goods from production, and manage replenishment
Inventory Control
- Handle slow movers and obsolete inventory
- Report inventory tasks and flag out-of-stock items to the right department
- Manage disposal of stock and prepare stock destruction reports
- Prepare the warehouse for stock counts, held twice a year
Team & Compliance
- Manage the team and get the required work done
- Verify production reports
- Make sure FIFO and FEFO are followed for all issuance, along with good warehousing practice
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in warehousing, covering inventory, inbound and outbound operations
- Team handling experience
- Experience with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and WMS
- Excellent Excel skills, plus strong communication and an organized, proactive approach
