About the Role
Dune Strategy is a Dubai management consulting firm advising international investors, family groups and sovereign-linked entities on commercial decisions across the region. It keeps its engagements few, so hiring is small too: fewer roles at once, each one specific. You will search for research, analyst and consulting support candidates, match their experience to what an engagement needs, write short pre-interview notes for partners, keep the pipeline visible, schedule interviews across time zones and keep candidate records organised and confidential.

Key Responsibilities
- Search for research, analyst and consulting support candidates
- Read CVs closely and match experience to engagement needs
- Write short partner notes: background, relevant work and interview questions

- Keep candidate records and feedback organised and confidential
What We Are Looking For
- Basic knowledge of recruitment from studies, an internship or a junior support role
- Clear writing, with a person described in a tight paragraph
- Care with names, dates, titles and availability
- An organised way of handling several searches at once
- Discretion with candidate information
- Willingness to learn the sectors, and good English
- Helpful but not required: interest in finance or politics, Arabic or another regional language, professional services hiring exposure, research work and spreadsheet or ATS comfort
